Two 40-story towers on a four-story base were erected on the site of the historic distillery in the district of Mecidiyeköy. One tower houses the 5-star Fairmont Hotel with its residential apartments, the other the Quasar Residence and Offices, also administered by Fairmont. The hotel has 209 guest rooms, including 25 suites and 40 “Gold Rooms”, as well as a varied selection of bars and restaurants the menus of which include authentic dishes of Turkish cuisine.
