Both the Production and the Show Kitchens supply the DOX Restaurant with regional cuisine and authentic sushi in the White Bar. In addition the Production Kitchen also provides buffet and á la carte meals in the conference and special events area, and creates the dishes for the self-service concept in the employees restaurant/Bistro, the Café D.
