iangrubbconsulting is proud to have been commissioned for the design and consultancy of the kitchen and bar areas, as well as the guest laundry for the first Rosewood Hotel to open in Germany. The listed building of the former Bavarian National Bank and the neighbouring Palais Neuhaus-Preysing, built in the 18th century in the centre of the historic old town of Munich, are being redesigned into a luxury hotel in the “5-star ultra-luxury” category. For this purpose, culinary features were developed and implemented for the Hotel Restaurant and Bar.
