iangrubbconsulting is a new and dynamic planning office specialising in the planning of professional kitchens, bar facilities and laundries for hotels and restaurants. I offer an entire spectrum of services from investigating the basic requirements to supervising the actual construction, based upon the German HOAI (schedule of services and fee structures for architects and engineers) or, for international projects, upon the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) Plan of Work 2013.

The planning comprises concepts co-ordinated to the individual needs of the client and the specific requirements of the project. It is supplemented by an extensive knowledge of currently available products, acquired through many years of planning with various clients and operators of professional kitchens in hotels and restaurants.

Naturally, for optimum transparency in the planning process each stage of the work is agreed with and approved by the client before the next planning phase is started. This way all planning steps and alterations are documented and any possible budgetary changes are incorporated in the accompanying cost controls.
